Saturday night bread. (beans not included)

We can't take credit for this one. Molasses brown bread has been coming out of Maritime ovens a lot longer than we've had one. Ours is oats and Crosby's Fancy Molasses. Dark, a little sweet, with a crumb soft enough to tear.

It's a big loaf, over 900 grams. Made by hand right here in Tay Creek, in small batches, baked fresh just for you. The oats soak first, which is the slow part, and it's what makes the crumb come out this soft. No preservatives. No shortcuts.

It toasts like nothing else. Butter it the second it pops and that's the whole answer. Order ahead and we'll have yours fresh and ready.
