You're not supposed to eat these out of the bag. Everybody does. They're crisp the whole way through, buttery and garlicky, and gone a lot faster than they have any right to be.

They start as our own loaves, cubed by hand, tossed in real butter, and baked low and slow until they snap. Small batches, in our kitchen in Tay Creek. No preservatives, which is why there's a date on the bag.

Good on soup. Better on a Caesar. Order ahead and we'll set a bag aside with your bread.
