Three layers, one very good idea.

It starts with a fudgy from-scratch brownie. Then a cloud of silky chocolate mousse, light as anything. Then a swoop of fresh whipped cream, whipped by hand the morning of your pickup.

Cool from the fridge, every forkful goes soft, then silky, then pillowy, with deep chocolate running the whole way through. Rich enough to share, good enough that you might not.

Made in small batches right here in Tay Creek, and kept cold until it's yours.
